A Case of Nasopharyngeal Malignant Tumor Involved the Cranial Nerves

Abstract
|

|
|
A case of nasopharyngeal malignant tumor, found in a soldier, aged 23, is rep-,orted. The authors observed the clinical symptoms of the involved cranial nerves which was revealed histologically malignant lymphoma, caused by extension into the cranium from the malignant tumor of nasopharynx and found the tumor masses in left middle cranial fossa, left all cranial foramens except cribriform plate and optic foramen and a part of right middle cranial fossae at autopsy. We agrees that the early diagnosis of the malignant tumors in the nasopharynx was difficult and the treatment was the_most unsatisfactory by surgery, irradiation and chemotherapy for earier.
